The 3^rd World Landslide Forum will be hosted by China Geological Survey (CGS) at the   China National Convention Centre, 2-6 June 2014, Beijing.  The 3^rd World Landslide Forum is jointly sponsored by Ministry of Land and Resources, the Peoples Republic of China (MLR, PRC) and the Global Promotion Committee of the International Programme on Landslides (IPL), organized by International Consortium on Landslides (ICL) and China Geological Survey (CGS).

The purpose of the Forum is to present the achievements in landslide risk reduction in promoting the sustainable development of society.  Therefore the emphasis  of  this  forum  will  be  "Toward  a  safer  geo-environment" . There will be achievement exhibition and business exhibition and three optional post-forum trips typify zones of disasters and mitigation which are highly affected by landslides in China.

May 31, 2013: Deadline for submission of the abstract

October 15, 2013: Deadline for submission of the full paper

February 28, 2014: Deadline for submission of exhibition

June 2, 2014: On-site registration for the congress
